The first workshop of the International Puppet Festival of Kalamata for children was successfully completed. The room was filled with children who chose the puppet they wanted to create. Venetian women, Karagiozis puppets, and many other characters came to life with the creative hands of the children. They learned from teacher Konstantinos how to change their voices, and after painting them on tracing paper, they cut them out by themselves, assembled them with the help of Georgia, and finally, with the presence of their parents, they brought them to life on the stage with great joy and satisfaction. Good luck, and let's keep going strong! Check out photos from the workshop by clicking here!
Tomorrow, Monday 16/10/2023, the paper theater and museum narration workshop will be led by the wonderful Phae Tsitou. We look forward to seeing you!
